i counselling ltd is an organisation that offers one-to-one counselling and promotes therapeutic counselling. Our counsellors are qualified professionals, and abide by the Code of Ethics and Professional Guidelines as laid down by The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. All work is supervised on a regular basis and covered by professional indemnity insurance.

Our Philosophy

We place great importance on being a flexible and sensitive provider of services and are passionate about empowering and inspiring people.

We, (i counselling practioners) use an integrative style of counselling methods, alongside our own life experiences to support you. More importantly, although we have clinical expertise, we hold a holistic view towards your health. We see you as a whole person made up of interdependent parts i.e. the emotional, mental and physical parts of yourself. Where appropriate, we encourage you to actively participate in your health decisions and healing process.
