E-Mail Counselling

E-mail counselling provides you the opportunity to share/explore your thoughts, feelings, problems or difficulties in your life with a trained counsellor in confidence at a time and location that is convenient for you. Your counsellor will spend at least one hour responding to your e-mail and we aim to reply to you within 2 working days. All e-mail is strictly confidential.

Feeling nervous or anxious about having counselling is normal and we are available to address any questions or concerns you may have.
Our aim is to allocate a counsellor to you quickly and efficiently.

Pre-payment is required for the e-mail counselling service

Per 60 minutes GBP25.00

To book your first session:

if you wish to register/book for e-mail counselling. You will be asked to complete a simple registration form and then be invited to pay by Credit/Debit card using our secure server.

Once we have received your payment you will automatically receive an email to confirm this and an invitation from your counsellor to send your first email.
