Telephone Counselling

Telephone counselling provides you the opportunity to share/explore your thoughts, feelings, problems or difficulties in your life with a trained counsellor in confidence at a time and location that is convenient for you. All calls are strictly confidential and we bear the *cost of calls to landline numbers within the UK. If you do choose to finish working with your counsellor, then it may be useful to allow some session time to discuss this.

Feeling nervous or anxious about having counselling is normal and we are available to address any questions or concerns you may have. Our aim is to allocate a counsellor to you quickly and efficiently.

Fees/Charges
Pre-payment is required for the telephone counselling service

Per 60 minutes GBP25.00
*Please Note: Does not apply to mobile phone numbers or numbers outside UK.

To book your first session:

if you wish to register/book for telephone counselling. You will be given a choice of day/s and times available to book and then be invited to pay by Credit/Debit card using our secure server.

Once we have received your payment and confirmed your booking then your counsellor will ring you at the arranged day/time. At least 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel/change the booked session time otherwise you will be charged for the missed session.
