Fees & Charges

Face-to-face counselling fees are between £20 and £45 per session dependant upon your ability to pay and the time duration of the session. There is a set fee of £40 for your first face-to-face counselling session (no concessions available) as this session can last up to 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions are normally held on a weekly basis.

are based on 60 minutes:

Please click on which style of counselling you would like to receive and follow the instructions. Once we have received your payment we will send you an email to confirm your payment/request.
If for some reason we are unable to offer a session time that suits you, then you will be refunded in full. You are welcome to re-apply as session times can become available on a weekly basis.

Please note: All sessions are ongoing by negotiation with your counsellor and charged for on a sessional basis.
It is the policy of i counselling ltd that counselling cannot continue or will be subject to review if there exists any payment arrears. Please speak with your counsellor if you are experiencing difficulty in meeting your payments.

Cancellations:At least 24 hours notification of cancellation is required, otherwise you will be charged for the missed session at the usual rate.
